Ian Rogers

Ian Rogers has more than 30 years' experience building and leading enterprise technology businesses across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. After completing a Master's degree at Imperial College London, he specialised in Oracle enterprise solutions before co-founding Asparona, one of New Zealand's leading Oracle partners, which was subsequently acquired by Deloitte.

As CEO of TEAM IM, Ian has led the company's transformation from a trusted technology services provider into New Zealand's first sovereign hyperscale cloud platform. He secured the Oracle Alloy partnership, established the TEAM Cloud strategy and continues to lead the company's growth across sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure and government digital transformation.
