Robotron NZ is proud to announce the successful completion of a project with Mercury NZ Ltd. This marks a significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration and reinforces Robotron’s position as a leading energy data management solution provider in New Zealand.
Mercury NZ Ltd., with approximately 584,000 electricity customer connections, selected Robotron’s esales software to manage its commercial and industrial division, covering 7,000 ICPs, including all generation plants. The energy data management solution is now handling all billing-related tasks, offer calculations, and market communications for this division.
One of the standout achievements of this project has been the exceptional billing accuracy. In the very first billing run, a billing accuracy of over 95% was achieved, and within days, this was further refined. The results underline the reliability and effectiveness of our solution and demonstrate why Mercury chose Robotron.
